Due to her blindness, she has developed an acute sensitivity to the feeling of light on her face, and she's able to adjust the light levels accordingly. She uses a wooden ruler with grooves cut at each inch mark to 'feel' the focal length to the subject. When the night is over, Cecelia finally takes a picture; just one single picture that turns out nice. Cecelia's artistic eyes now lie in her heart and soul, not her head.  A Short Film by Michael Vanderwyst / 13 Minutes / McHenry, IL
